Terms and Conditions Agreement of Becoming a DMC Mentor

You must read and agree to the following Terms of Agreement before becoming a DMC Mentor. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not register to become a DMC Mentor. Otherwise, by registering to become a DMC Mentor, you indicate your acceptance to the Terms and Conditions as stated.

Use of DMC Mentor Program Materials

Reselling or redistributing DMC Mini Starter Kits, Beginner Cross Stitch Designs, Graduate Certificates and/or other DMC Mentor Program materials for a fee is expressly prohibited. Reselling or redistributing the registration of the DMC Mentor Program to third parties is expressly prohibited.

Disclaimer

All material on this site is provided in good faith. No warranty is made for the content of information provided for use of the DMC Mentor Program. You release DMC Corporation in the event of a dispute with any users, students or other mentors from any known or unknown claims, damages, and/or wrongdoing arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If your use of this web site or the material results in damages, loss of time, or anything else relating to this issue, DMC Corporation is NOT responsible for those costs.

Cancellation of Services

DMC Corporation reserves the right to terminate the DMC Mentor Program at any time without any notice to you as a DMC Mentor. In addition, DMC Corporation reserves the right to cancel or block your usage of this program if we feel you are in violation of the Terms and Condition of this Agreement.

Trademarks and other Legal Entities

The DMC logo and DMC Mentor Program materials are copyrighted by the DMC Corporation with all rights reserved. Any usage of its trademark or content is forbidden without the consent of the DMC Corporation.
