The DMC Share
The DMC share was introduced onto the Paris stock exchange in 1922. It is classified in the Eurolist under the denomination DMC (Dollfus Mieg & Cie), and is in compartment C (capitalisations under €150 M), Euroclear code 12133 and ISIN FR0000121337.

On 6 June 2001 the capital was brought to 15 588 024 actions of €4, nominal reduced to €3 on 27 February 2006, i.e. a totally liberated capital of €46 764 082.

On 11 August 2006, the capital was brought to 20 291 264 shares at €3, i.e. a capital of €60 873 792. Simultaneous to this capital increase there was a issue of 8 544 924 convertible bonds (of a duration of 10 years, repayable by quarter from the 7th year onwards) at €3.15 which can be converted at any time, on the basis of one share for one convertible bond.

Over the past three years no stock options granted to the staff of the company and affiliated companies have been exercised. At 31 December 2006, un-exercised stock options were likely to create 310 843 shares.

In 2006, the share price varied from a high of €3.80 on 7 February to a low of €2.20 on 19 June.

Transactions for the year concerned 5.0 million shares representing 25 % of the capital.

Since 2000 the company has not owned its own shares either directly or indirectly, and since 2001 has not requested authorisation to intervene directly or indirectly on its shares.

The value of the shareholder equity on the basis of total dilution was at 31 December 2006 €0.84 per share.

On 13 April 2007, the closing price was €2,59.
